Jerry Chen’s passion for working with people and property facilitated his decision to join real estate. As a property portfolio manager at the Barfoot & Thompson Albany branch, Jerry gets to work with people from all walks of life. Before joining the Albany branch, Jerry worked out of Barfoot & Thompson’s Beach Haven branch where he grew the rental department portfolio by 44%.
Prior to joining real estate, Jerry worked in the customer service industry. His ability to build long standing relationships is a culmination of his customer service background and his friendly nature.
Jerry’s degree in Business majoring in Property Management and Valuation and his salesperson certificate means he is more than qualified and able to share his specialised knowledge with both his tenants and landlords. Jerry is also able to speak fluent Chinese and English should his clients require specialist language skills.
