“Our contact with Karin began more than a year before, she was asked to value our property and eventually take on the listing. This contact was from us visiting open homes in the area as we were looking to get a larger house. We saw lots of properties (through several real estate firms) over this period so had met many agents and through that had about three agents visit our house for assessment. So we were quite experienced and very focused. There was not one agent better than Karin for knowledge and interpersonal skills. I guess after a few open homes she probably recognised our faces and a relationship with Karin formed! Karin was honest so we knew what she said was right or at least matched our knowledge.
Eventually we bought a house through another agent and immediately we got Karin to list our home. That’s when she got even more professional. We needed a quick sale and went with the auction programme. She added little extras to make the house look welcoming and all through the marketing we were kept updated with her honest feedback. On auction day she took us under her wing side and went to work with the bidders. Success all round was the result (the auction team were also thoroughly pleasant and professional).
