We
gave our house to Sandy to sell after having it listed with another
agency for 6 weeks, with very little interest or activity shown by them
and without any results.
This put us in a very tight situation as
we were moving to Australia in 4 weeks after the listing contract
finished with the other agent.
Sandy had 2 weeks to market and
sell our property. Sandy really had an uphill battle to do the
impossible in a market that was slow at the time. Sandy achieved the
desired result for us within 2 weeks. The difference between the two

Sandy
Chang listed our house for sale on 17 July 2009. She had already shown 2
groups through earlier in the day. She had a good database of genuine
buyers in our price range and continued to bring people through. An
offer was presented on the 4th day after listing by another agent and
Sandy came to oversee the presentation. Her suggestions were noted and
we decided not to accept this offer. On the 8th day after listing Sandy
rang to advise that she had 2 more offers to present. The best offer was
accepted because of the uncomplicated nature of the agreement.
Throughout
the selling period and after, Sandy's professionalism and confident
manner impressed both my husband and myself. Sandy did everything she
said she would do, and in a timely fashion. We are unable to fault her
in any of the proceedings and would not only be very happy to list with
her again, but also to recommend her to others. Since selling Sandy has
been looking for houses that match my criteria and has offered very
useful advice as well.
