Sunny joined the real estate industry in 1994 having worked in property related fields for the majority of his career. He is able to offer his clients specialised knowledge in property development, investment and management.

With a Masters degree in Management, Sunny has excellent business skills and is more than qualified to handle any tough challenges. He expertly guides clients through the sales process, always working exceptionally hard and providing the highest level of professionalism and integrity.

Originally from China, Sunny is fluent in both English and Chinese. He is also the founder of New Zealand’s Hunan Fellow Association which helps provide support to new immigrants coming from the Hunan province in China.

Sunny loves living with his wife and son in the Bays area and believes that its beautiful beaches, safe environment and great schools make this one of Auckland’s best places to live. He would be pleased to help anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.
