Sam specialises in residential real estate in and around central Auckland. He confidently sees himself in sales because of his love of dealing with people.
Since migrating to NZ/Australia more than 20 years ago, Sam has become typical of his culture who can combine and balance Kiwi attitudes with the Asian lifestyle all in good humour. He can objectively evaluate similarities and differences among Kiwi’s, Australians and Chinese speaking peoples.
Sam’s proudest moment was when he sold his first property to his first client during his first show home in the first week before his training course commenced. During his first six months as a rookie salesperson, he achieved a whopping nine unconditional sales and nine listings.
Sam believes an important part of his role is in making the buying and selling process more reliable and trustful. He says helping others is his prime interest and that honesty and transparency are always his priority.
Prior to selling real estate he served a professional career in accounting having completed two degrees, a Bachelor of Arts degree in China, and a Bachelor of Management degree at Waikato University. Sam also went on to further studies in Australia. His nine years working as a Chartered Accountant for a Sydney based firm now enables him to competently analyse advantages and disadvantages of investment opportunities for the property investor.
Sam speaks fluent English, Chinese and limited Japanese.
