I joined the real estate industry in 2009, and have established myself as one of the leading salespeople in my area. In the two years to end of February 2013, across varying market conditions, I achieved a 100% success rate on my listings. More importantly, I have consistently sold my listings for significant premiums to CV and at “above market” prices, in doing so creating real value for my clients. I’m proud of my results, and I stand by my work. On a personal level – I’m a Shore boy through and through, having lived on the North Shore for over 35 years. I grew up in Beach Haven, flatted in Castor Bay and Hauraki, bought my first house in Glenfield and now live in Northcote. I love the Shore for its beaches, views and great cafés, but especially the active, outdoors lifestyle it can offer. I’ve been involved with North Harbour Triathlon Club for years, and love spending time at our beaches, in or out of the water, and running on the huge network of bush tracks throughout the Shore.

My background prior to real estate was varied, including experience in finance and hospitality management, and account management and marketing in the retail food (FMCG) sector, dealing with clients around New Zealand and throughout the Pacific. My prior experience has taught me that the keys to successful selling are to understand the needs of the customer and always deliver on commitments – fundamentals that I bring to my real estate career.
