he is well-placed to work with you to maximise the appeal and
presentation of your own home.
Chris prides himself on being adaptable to any market conditions and
is committed to the real estate for the long term. He now has Divena
Busby working with him as his PA, which enables him to spend even more
time engaging with clients face-to-face. Chris believes it’s important
to give back to the local community where he spends most of his working
day, and gives ongoing support to the Ponsonby Bowling Club, Ponsonby
Primary School, Starship Children’s Hospital and The Cancer Society.

"I found Chris to be very professional, personable and diligent to
work with. He was able to bring together all the elements which were
necessary to produce an auction result that was above and beyond my
expectations. He was consistent in his approach - from his initial
appraisal of the property's value right through to his advice as to
setting the reserve figure. I followed his advice and I got a stunning
result. I will be recommending him to all my friends."

"Chris Batchelor and Carl Madsen were agents we selected for the
sale of our family home in Herne Bay Road. Dad owned the house since
before mum and he were married and it was a labour of love for both of
them, so the decision to sell was a hard one. Chris and Carl offered
sound advice and assistance in preparing the house for sale and kept us
well informed during the marketing period. They made every effort to
find the most appropriate purchasers for the home we grew up in, and we
feel entirely happy and satisfied with the process and the result. I
have no reservation in recommending Chris's and Carl's services."

'We found Chris to be very professional, attentive, and patient. We
had considerable problems with the council and he worked well with our
lawyer to resolve these issues. This was a subdivided property on the
market for the first time - hence the problems. We had huge interest,
there was a lot of work, and we sold well. A great testimony to the
detail and professionalism showed by Chris. I would work with Chris
again and recommend him to others.'

easier for me. He went beyond the call of duty and I was very happy with
the outcome. Way to go Chris!

"Chris Batchelor worked extremely hard to find us a house to buy
after we had sold ours. He was honest and easy to deal with, keeping us
informed on all counts. Chris took the time to listen and understand
where we were coming from, what we were looking for in a property and
went out and found it. I would definitely recommend him to anyone
looking to buy or sell."
