After living in Sydney for the past 14 years I have returned to my home town, Te Puke, for a complete lifestyle change and a new career direction. Over the last 10 years I enjoyed a successful career as a sales executive for an environmentally friendly graphic design and print company. My commitment to my clients, and my strong work ethic, enabled me to retain my original clients from day one and to constantly expand my client base and grow the business.
I love playing tennis, both socially and competitively. During my years in Sydney I joined the Neutral Bay Club and became a member of the Board of Directors. I was elected by my fellow club members because of my contributions to the club, my approachable personality and my background in sales and marketing. My role on the board was to retain current club membership levels and to investigate avenues for increasing membership in all sections of the club. Corporate and private functions at the club were promoted and a variety of marketing approaches were employed to raise awareness in the local residential and business communities of the facilities and services the club had to offer. The result was a significant growth in the membership and profitability of the club, to everyone's benefit.
