Eric Koh has been in the real estate business since 1999 following a successful career in the information technology industry. Born in Malaysia and educated in England, Eric now calls New Zealand his home. Eric started off as a salesperson at the Barfoot & Thompson Howick branch and within six months, he became the top-performing branch salesperson, achieving 11 th position in the whole company. For that full year he won the prestigious REINZ Auckland District Rookie Salesperson award. For the next three years he was named the number one salesperson at Howick branch. Since then, he has set up and managed a new real estate franchise office and in 2006 Eric was delighted to be appointed branch manager for the well-established Highland Park branch. And, after some 7 years of management, Eric is back doing what he does best i.e. “SELLING real estate”.

With a Bachelor of Science degree from England and a current REAA Agents licence, Eric also has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the real estate industry.
