and Queenstown; to selling art for the art estates of John Lennon,
Ronnie Wood, Marilyn Monroe and Miles Davis; to working as an estate
manager in the Cotswolds, England. Chris’s estate manager role saw him
undertake a wide spectrum of responsibilities, including project
management of renovations, field and land management, and event
coordination. Chris’s renovation and landscaping experience means that
he is well-placed to work with you to maximise the appeal and
presentation of your own home.
Chris prides himself on being adaptable to any market conditions and
is committed to the real estate for the long term. He now has Divena
Busby working with him as his PA, which enables him to spend even more
time engaging with clients face-to-face. Chris believes it’s important
to give back to the local community where he spends most of his working
day, and gives ongoing support to the Ponsonby Bowling Club, Ponsonby
Primary School, Starship Children’s Hospital and The Cancer Society.
