Adrienne comes from a legal background having spent 28 years working for Davenports City Law as a Legal Executive, predominantly attending to conveyancing work for developers.  That work included attending to sales and purchases, preparing documentation for cross leases, subdivisions, Wills and other associated work. 

While working and bringing up her four children Adrienne spent four years renovating and selling beautiful old villas in the Herne Bay, Ponsonby and Grey Lynn area.     

In 2003 Adrienne completed her Real Estate Salespersons Certificate and went on to sell real estate in the Ponsonby, Herne Bay and Mt Eden areas in 2004.  Within eighteen months Adrienne achieved the much coveted Captains Club Status.  During 2007 Adrienne completed her studies through Massey University and attained AREINZ status and then went on in 2008 to become an REINZ accredited Property Manager.  Following on from this in 2010 Adrienne completed her Diploma in Business Studies majoring in real estate.  Being a great believer in the need to continually upskill both on a personal and professional level, Adrienne has made sure that she regularly attends seminars and conferences and encourages her staff to do the same.  

In 2007 Adrienne opened her own business in the Mt Eden Village and now has an extremely professional and efficient Sales and Property Management Team who are totally committed, as a Team,  to making a difference.
